Om Cabbage Hall
Set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, Cabbage Hall is an elegant bistro devoted to exquisite food, fine wine and stylish surroundings. Having worked in some of Manchester’s most successful restaurants, Chef and Proprietor Francis Carroll has created an unashamedly decadent dining room - complete with ornate mirrors and specially commissioned Italian furniture. Guests can enjoy a cocktail in the equally opulent lounge before sampling the delights of Cabbage Hall’s menu, which includes dishes like fillet of Aberdeen Angus ‘Rossini’ with foie gras; linguini with crab and chorizo; and tiramisu profiteroles. There are excellent house wines and champagnes on offer, as well as a collection of reserves guaranteed to satisfy even the most demanding connoisseur.

Cabbage Hall was a rare find. Attention to detail was at its best, from the perfect decor to the excellent service, but of course the icing on the cake was the exquisit food, 5 Stars.

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The refurbishment is modern, lively and full of character; on the night we dined we were greeted with an open fire %u213 heaven. Unfortunately vegetarians will find the menu EXTREMELY limited with one very unimaginative main course (risotto%u213yawn). However carnivores have an excellent selection and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. This place markets itself as a foodie venue but some menu items were out of season. Worth a visit on the set menu.Besökare
