Norwich is fast becoming the gastronomic centre of East Anglia, with gorgeous new restaurants springing up on every corner. Among the best is Indulge, a superb bar and grill with its interior put together by some of the design minds behind some of London’s best looking establishments and a menu which combines modern and traditional food. So expect to find sleek white and wood in the dining room, contemporary but classic styling in the bar and a surprising atmospheric private area in the shape of the vault. The Chef’s passion for food shines through in an extensive menu that uses beef from Norfolk’s fields and brings together the very foods that shaped us with the foods that are getting us talking today.
